And there I was, sitting at the table, trying to explain how a tip works, how if you give the waiter $78 when your bill is $58 and you let him keep the change, he's getting a tip. A very nice tip. But they kept asking anyway, "But where is the tip? Where is it?" HE'S KEEPING THE CHANGE, PEOPLE! WE GAVE HIM MORE THAN WE OWE ON THE BILL, AND THE EXCESS IS HIS TIP! THIS IS NOT HARD!
